Sessions, Passes and Plans
- Your sessions, passes and plans grants you access to our facilities under the terms outlined in this agreement, our facility guidelines, and any updated policies we may introduce. Cora reserves the right to adjust classes, schedules, services, policies, and studio features at any time without prior notice.
- All classes booked are for individual use only. Sharing access or inviting non-members into the studio is strictly prohibited. Transfers require our written consent and may incur an administrative fee.
- Access to classes and services is restricted to individuals 14 years or older. We reserve the right to decline or cancel access based on this policy.
- All new memberships are subject to review to ensure alignment with our studio policies and values.
Class Cancellations
- You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 12 hours before class without penalty.
- Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and missed sessions will result in the loss of your class credit and will incur a charge of $20. If missed sessions are reoccurring, we reserve the right to cancel your membership or future passes.
Fees
Pricing may be revised from time to time. We will notify you of any fee adjustments at least 28 days in advance via the email linked to your account. Notice is considered received two working days after the email has been sent.
Plan Terms: Cancellation, Suspension & Renewal
- All Cora Plans (memberships) renew automatically unless cancelled via email (info@cora.co.nz).
- No refunds are issued for unused periods unless agreed by the Cora team.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Memberships may be transferred once to another person in the event of a serious injury or if you are medically unable to attend classes.
- If a payment fails, your bookings will be paused and class access restricted. We will contact you to try another form of payment, this time will be inclusive of your membership term.
- Cora may terminate your membership at any time if you breach this agreement or any of our guidelines.
- We may suspend your access if there is a concern for your health, safety, or behaviour that does not align with our community ethos. In cases of medical unfitness, reinstatement requires a supporting certificate from a qualified practitioner.
- Members can book classes as far in advance as the availability online allows. It’s each member’s responsibility to keep track of their weekly class entitlements. If you wish to book additional classes beyond your membership allowance, extra charges will apply. Please note that unused class credits do not roll over. If you do not book your classes in a given week, you will lose those credits.
- Memberships can be paused for up to 28 days, please email info@corastudio.co.nz should you wish to do this.
General Studio Use
- Alcohol, drugs, nicotine, and vapes are strictly prohibited
- Participants must consult a doctor before use if they have heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, high/low blood pressure, or other contraindications
- Any damage to studio property caused by negligence, recklessness, or breach of policy will be your responsibility to repair or replace.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during use of the studio or related services, unless covered under the Accident Compensation Act or Consumer Guarantees Act of New Zealand.
- By accessing Cora, you agree to these terms and affirm you are in suitable health to participate in physical activity. You are responsible for seeking medical clearance if unsure.
- Some wellness professionals (e.g., instructors or facilitators) may work independently from Cora. If you engage their services privately, it is your responsibility to liaise and transact with them separately.
- Please respect time limits to allow cleaning and preparation for the next user. Late checkout fees may apply
- Showering before use is required to maintain hygiene and protect water quality in Ice Bath
Dispute Resolution
For concerns or complaints, please contact us first so we can work toward a resolution at info@corastudio.co.nz. If unresolved, provide a formal written notice detailing the issue and your desired outcome. Both parties will then aim to meet within 20 working days to resolve the matter before any formal legal steps are taken.

Cora / we / our / us – Refers to the Cora Studio.
You / your – Refers to the member or pass-holder.
Agreement – This document and any supplementary policies or rules.
Premises – Cora, its facilities, equipment, and any off-site events hosted by or affiliated with Cora.

- Due to NZ Legislation, Medicines Act 1981, we are unable to advertise the ingredients of our infusions via website or social media, so get in touch for more detailed information by emailing our nurses at info@ivlounge.co.nz.
- IV Lounge does not guarantee specific outcomes as each person varies, and our infusions are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any diseases. Please consult your doctor if you have any doubts.

Where are you located?
2 Kingsley Street, Westmere.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all sessions need to be booked in advance. We do accept walk ins, however we can not guarantee there will be availability.
Is parking available?
There is street parking on all of the surrounding streets including Kingsley Street, Peel Street, Livingstone Street and Richmond Road.
Do I need experience to join a class?
Not at all! We offer classes for all levels and our instructors are trained to guide you safely, whether you are a beginner or experienced mover. Please read the description on each class or talk to one of our friendly instructors to find your perfect class.
What should I wear or bring?
- Reformer Pilates: Comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle and a towel. You can wear grip socks or barefoot on the reformer. We have awesome Cora Grip Socks for purchase if you want to look your best!
- Contrast Therapy: Swimwear, towel and water bottle.
We have a strict no towel no use policy. If you forget your towel you can hire one for $10 from our instructors - IV Nutrient Session: Comfortable clothes, specifically a top that allows easy access to your arms. EarPods/Headphones as this is a great time for relaxation and meditation.
How long are the classes?
- Reformer Pilates: for 50 minutes. Express classes run for 40mins.
- Contrast Sessions: Allow 50 minutes for your session (Sauna and Ice Bath). Our recommendation on timing: 15 mins Sauna, shower rinse, 2-3min Ice Bath, then a further 5-15min Sauna.
- Nutrient Infusions: Most infusions take 30–60 minutes depending on the formula.
Can I do Pilates or Contrast Therapy if I’m pregnant or recovering from injury?
It is not recommended to do Contrast Therapy while pregnant.
- Pilates: Injuries: Yes, just let your instructor know. We can tailor the experience to suit your needs.
Pregnancy: Yes, we have specific classes for pre and postnatal. - Contrast Therapy: Yes, Contrast Therapy is a fantastic activity for injury.
Contrast therapy is generally safe for all users, however it may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions. Always check with your GP if you’re unsure.
Do I need a consultation for a nutrient infusion?
Yes: first-time clients will have a consult with our registered nurse before treatment.
What are the benefits of IV therapy?

Can I host an event at Cora?
Absolutely! From bridal showers and brand launches to wellness retreats, we love bringing events to life.
How many people can the space hold?
Up to 20 people for wellness use, and up to 80 for cocktail-style events.
Do you provide catering?
We work with a range of trusted caterers and can coordinate everything for you — or you can BYO supplier.
Do you offer memberships?

Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes — just give us 7 days’ notice and you can pause for up to 28 days on any of plans. We are here to make wellness work for you.
What is your cancellation policy?

CORA REFORMER PILATES STUDIO – WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in Reformer Pilates classes, workshops, and related activities offered by Cora involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or in rare cases, more serious medical events.
I freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the staff, instructors, or facility.
2. Medical Disclosure
I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in Reformer Pilates. I have disclosed any relevant injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy to Cora instructors prior to class.
I agree to consult my healthcare provider before starting any new fitness regime and understand that Cora’s instructors are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Cora Club Ltd., its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property arising from my participation in classes, use of equipment, or presence on premises.
4. Studio Conduct
I agree to:
- Follow the guidance and instructions of my instructor at all times.
- Respect the studio’s policies, space, and other members.
- Notify the instructor before class of any change in my health or ability to participate.
Cora reserves the right to refuse participation if an instructor deems it unsafe for any reason.
5. Personal Belongings
I understand that Cora is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property while on the premises.
6. Photo & Media Release (Optional)
I give permission for photos or video taken during classes to be used in Cora’s marketing materials and social media.
I will inform my instructor if I do not want to allow consent to the use of any photos or video.
7. Acceptance
I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions in this Waiver & Release of Liability. I understand that this waiver applies each time I attend a class or use the facilities at Cora unless revoked in writing.
