Our Team
Amber brings an athletic edge to Pilates, blending strength, control, and precision. She loves slowing movements down, holding strong form, and guiding you to that deep burn that builds true resilience. Her classes are equal parts challenging and encouraging which are designed to push you to fatigue while keeping the vibe light and supportive. You’ll leave feeling stronger, empowered, and more connected to your body.

Born between San Diego and Mexico, Mibella brings a unique, intuitive eye shaped by movement, psychology, and culture. With a background in yoga, Pilates, and a degree in Psychology, she celebrates individuality and story through a somatic approach to teaching that honours joy, presence, and personal truth. RYT 200 in Los Angeles. Over 500hrs of Pilates training between APPI clinical mat, pre and postnatal certified, Balanced Body trained and Reform Advanced. B.A. Psych at UCLA.

Founder
Janes passion for movement has stemmed from her life time affair with dance.
Her performance career has taken her around the world and back home again, which was when she first added a Pilates string to her bow.
Initially trained in barre in 2012, Jane since then is qualified in HIIT Pilates, Reformer, Mat Pilates, Pilates Stick and TRX.
As well as fitness instructing and choreographing, she also co-directs The Method NZ offering teacher trainings for fitness professionals around NZ.
Jane’s a full time lover of disco, so expect her playlists to ignite your inner groove in her classes!

Taina brings energy, focus, and precision to every class. With a strong foundation in Pilates and a love for intentional movement, her sessions are dynamic and form-driven—designed to build strength and confidence. Expect a motivating atmosphere, thoughtful sequencing, and a rhythm that leaves you feeling powerful and aligned.

Tamsin’s lifelong love of movement began with dance and evolved into Pilates after becoming a mum. With Polestar training since 2017, she offers fun, full-body classes that connect mind, body and soul. She’s also experienced in pre/postnatal Pilates and passionate about helping clients rebuild strength and confidence.

Tiffany discovered Pilates while living in New York, learning both classical and contemporary methods. With a technical focus on anatomy and movement, she has taught clients globally; from Milan, New York, Miami and now New Zealand.

Rachael is the Wellness Ambassador at Cora, bringing over 20 years of leadership in high-performance corporate environments to her passion for wellbeing. She curates transformative events and retreats that blend Reformer Pilates, contrast therapy, IV nutrition, boardroom brainstorms and mindful experiences.

Cat is a certified Pilates instructor with a background in dance and performance. Pilates was a natural step after years of dancing and she loves how it helps people feel strong, connected and more at home in their bodies. Cat has been teaching around central Auckland for over 5 years. Her classes are fun, enjoyable, and welcoming - she creates a supportive space where everyone feels comfortable, no matter their experience level

Marysa’s journey began at the New Zealand School of Dance, leading to over a decade performing with ballet companies in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. Alongside her international dance career, she became a certified Pilates and barre instructor, later running her own studio for seven years. With 16 years’ teaching experience, she blends precision, creativity, and care in every class.

Amaya has a background in Pilates, Yoga and has a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science. Amaya blends deep stretch, mindful strength and full body connection. Her calming, intuitive style invites you to slow down, tune in and move with intention. Leaving you grounded, spacious and strong from within.

Natalie, a Polestar-trained Pilates and certified BARRE instructor with a dance and drama background, began her Pilates journey in South Korea, discovering its power for connection, control, and stability. She trained with Polestar New Zealand and Asia in Singapore, completing specialised workshops in hip mobility, Spinefitter, and neuroplasticity. As a certified Barre Instructor, she is passionate about movement, she loves great coffee, travel, and time with loved ones.

Pilates has been a powerful part of Dre’s journey, bringing strength, clarity, and connection—especially through motherhood. What began as exercise became a mindful practice to reconnect with herself and create space for body and mind to thrive. Balanced Body trained, she blends purposeful movement with a warm, welcoming approach, helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and leave feeling grounded and empowered.

Tash is a Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor, contemporary dance artist, and movement enthusiast. With training through RISE and Movement Pilates, she brings a focus on body awareness, strength, and playful challenge. Her classes build strong foundations and empower clients with confidence, connection. Tash is currently training in Hanna Somatics and loves to infuse these learnings to her classes.
