Our signature reformer Pilates classes for women and lgbtq have a foundation in mindfulness from the moment you walk into the studio and take your shoes off.

It is a sensory experience from the smell, the warm atmosphere, and our iconic Balanced Body reformers offering a smooth, quiet and versatile experience. Our passionate and highly skilled teachers combine their talents to give you the warmest welcome to our carefully curated space.

Our goal is that you leave feeling calm, strong, shaped and inspired.

Classes

Classes are for ages 14+ and all capabilities. All classes target a full body workout and are 50min in length. Express classes are 40 mins.

CORA FLOW

Intuitive, all-ages Pilates designed to meet you exactly where you are today. Our classes are carefully sequenced to build core strength, alignment and a mindful body through controlled, precise movement. Rather than a fixed routine, your teacher tailors the intensity in real-time, sensing the unique capabilities and energy of the group to offer challenges or modifications as needed. Whether you are navigating pregnancy (up to 16 weeks), any stage of your menstrual cycle, or the transition of menopause, we adapt the flow to support your body’s specific demands. Truly open to every level, every age, and every stage.

CORA STRENGTH

A contemporary fitness based class that uses heavier springs and props in a way that always guides your muscles to failure. It’s a challenging class based on movement principles while adding an extra flare with music tempo to fit the vibe. Not recommended for pregnancy or complete beginners. Recommended during follicular and ovulatory phase. 

ENERGY

This energising, low-impact, jumpboard plyometric class blends cardio bursts with Pilates movement to elevate your heart rate while protecting your joints. Expect controlled jumps, athletic flow, and an uplifting rhythm that leaves you feeling strong and revitalised. This class is for a range of people; from high performance athletes, to peri-menopausal or lower limb rehabilitation. Suitable up to 16 weeks pregnant. Recommended for follicular and ovulatory phase.

YIN

A restorative blend of yin yoga and gentle stretch on the reformer. Using long-held stretches and mindful breath work to release tension, increase flexibility, and tap into deep connective tissue. A calming, grounding practice to help you reset. We pair this sensory class with mood lighting, fragrant scents and calming music. We love having a sauna before this special class. Recommended for all menstrual phases and menopause.

CORA PRE & POSTNATAL

A strong yet supportive class designed by certified pregnancy and postnatal instructors delivering support in pelvic, abdominal, spinal health and mobility. This class is energising and grounding, inviting breath awareness for stamina, strength and overall wellness. BYOB(baby) in their rocker and have them next to you while you practice. Recommended during all stages of pregnancy and up to when your child is crawling + meet your new cool Pilatemum friends and have a tea or coffee upstairs in the Gallery.

HIIT COMBO

This class combines the mindful strength of traditional reformer Pilates with the energy of HIIT Pilates. Move through flow reformer sequences that build alignment, stability, and control, while also diving into short, powerful bursts of high-intensity work to elevate your heart rate and boost endurance. The mix delivers the best of both worlds: precise Pilates techniques for strength and posture, paired with interval training that enhances stamina and metabolism. It is a dynamic, low-impact way to sculpt, energise, and challenge your body all in one session.

CORA PRIVATE

A fully personalised one-on-one session tailored to your unique goals, body, and experience level. Whether you’re rehabilitating an injury, refining technique, deepening your practice, or simply prefer individual attention, private sessions offer the most focused and flexible approach to movement.
